Just a quick post to announce that I’ve been contributing to Aol’s fantastic interior design site, ShelterPop, lately and wanted to share some of the house tours.
- If you love mid-century modern design, don’t miss the tour of Vidal Sassoon’s Richard Neutra-designed home in L.A. He and his wife completely renovated the home and added a master bedroom (which angered preservationists), and the results are stunning. What an amazing lifestyle it would be to life in that pad!
- If you love girly colors, check out the tour of interior designer, and former Domino Magazine contributor Ruthie Sommers’ California home. I’m not sure I dig the dining room’s gold-pink-green thing, but I will take that kitchen.
- If you’re a minimalist, see the tour of industrial designer Joe Ducet’s New York apartment. He doesn’t have any rugs, but there is some grass!
